Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head - Sales and Customer Experience to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Ensure achievement of sales versus last year's numbers and budget by monitoring daily sales, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Store Personnel in achieving sales and profitability goals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Experience: Conduct spot checks on store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience, including verifying store funds, POS sales, Gcash/Paymaya transactions, phone cards/Airloads, and daily bank deposits.
  • KPI Reporting: Send weekly KPI reports to senior management, including justification for declining sales, promotions in-store executions, FM repairs follow-up, and weekly concerns to other departments.
  • SOE and Compliance: Conduct Store Operational Effectiveness (SOE) twice a month, discussing findings and improvements with Store Supervisors, and validate TPSP & EAMS approval every cut-off.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee CVS and RTE inventory every quarter, conduct monthly cross-audit, and participate in quarterly Business Review with Field Coordinators.
  • Customer Complaints: Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Reimbursements and Variance Reports: Process PCFRS for reimbursements to stores and assist Store Supervisors in reconciliation of variance reports every inventory count result.
