IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Archangel Technologies, Inc. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving IT-related issues.
An IT Service Desk Analyst performs various tasks to assist customers, system analysts, and software developers, providing assistance, solutions, documentation, and identifying the root cause of any software issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and be able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Fixing software problems, testing, and providing solutions before implementation
- Providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, and support; training users
- Documenting software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and on time
