About the Position:
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Education Administrator to support the development and delivery of leadership development learning programs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating program logistics, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the logistics of leadership development programs, including scheduling, registration, and catering.
- Tracking attendance and evaluating program effectiveness to inform future program development.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and learner satisfaction.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including learners, instructors, and management, to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in education, training, or organization development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
