We're looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team.

Relationship Manager

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, while developing new business opportunities. As the primary point of contact, you'll understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions using a range of banking products and services.

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, earning trust and building long-term partnerships
  • Hone your skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding your portfolio and contributing to success
  • Analyze financial performance, assess credit worthiness, and structure innovative financing solutions
  • Develop expertise in corporate banking products and services, from lending to trade finance to treasury and cash management
  • Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities to cross-sell products and deliver holistic solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, economic developments, and the competitive landscape

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in relationship management and business development
  • A strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex situations and develop creative solutions
  • Collaboration skills to work with colleagues across different units and functions

Additional Details:

This is a junior officer position within our Corporate Banking Group.
