Senior Financial Planning Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to lead critical initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation. This role will drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and digital innovation within our finance organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop what-if scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.

Business Partnership and Strategic Support
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing financial materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Digital Innovation and Process Optimization
  • Lead or support projects focused on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies and tools.
  • Champion a digital mindset within the Finance team—encouraging experimentation with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
