Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Supervise Team Members:
    • Coordinate Outbound warehouse activities daily
    • Ensure parcel quality and system accuracy
    • Work with Middle and Last Mile teams for aligned dispatch and allocation
    • Manage shifting personnel scheduling, performance evaluation, and coaching
    • Analyze agency personnel allocation with Manpower Management
    • Manage day-to-day escalations and provide operational solutions
  • Functional Process Management:
    • Support and encourage team members to excel
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of sortpack and outbound procedures
    • Ensure shipment and inventory transactions' accuracy
    • Supervise unloading, sorting, and dispatch of parcels
    • Maintain orderly product stacking
    • Process parcels accurately, timely, and damage-free
    • Understand quality as non-negotiable
    • Monitor protective gear usage and adherence to instructions
    • Achieve Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Provide reports to Mega FM Site Lead upon request
    • Produce internal performance reporting for throughput, quality, and trends
    • KPI Tracker updates during Weekly Operations Review
  • Health and Safety:
    • Comply with Health and Safety legislation/guidelines
    • Conduct internal health and safety audits
    • Maintain Good Housekeeping (GHK) standards
    • Investigate accidents or near-miss incidents
