As a key member of a car rental company, you will provide exceptional service to customers while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage CRM systems effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office or Google Workspace, and agility in learning new software and systems.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High-performance computer and reliable internet connection are required.
