**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client services.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google suite is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive list of restaurants and hotels within certain groups.
  • Build customer profiles in our main CRM system.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies within the main customer tool.
  • Generate and send reports to external customers using reporting tools.
  • Audit customer accounts, conducting thorough research to ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate and update instructions across various teams.
  • Design and create templates across multiple tools as instructed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
