About the role

Join the growing team at EasyFood Restaurants Corporation' as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this full-time position based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our popular restaurant locations. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maximising efficiency, and drive the business forward.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead and Motivate a team of restaurant staff
  2. Oversee the smooth running of all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  3. Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  4. Implement efficient procedures and systems to enhance the guest experience
  5. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  6. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  7. Support the training and development of restaurant staff
  8. Collaborate with HO to achieve one common company goal.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  5. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and financial management
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
