About the Role

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, track, and interpret business and financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis on projects, tools, and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech.
  • Create clear reports and presentations that communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
