Financial Analysis Specialist

The primary function of this role is to conduct high-level financial analyses and provide data-driven insights to support informed business decisions. This includes analyzing revenue, cost of sales, client margins, SG&A expenses, and other system data for historical trends, current operations, and future projections.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and implement reporting solutions that enable effective decision-making. They will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing statistical data and applying accounting principles to understand past and present financial performance, as well as forecast future revenues and expenditures.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the company's projection model and updating metrics as needed to ensure accurate and timely projections.
  • Creating financial models, preparing forecasts, and conducting research and analysis on all aspects of finance and operations.
  • Maintaining open communication with the VP of Finance to develop project plans and provide status updates.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
