We are seeking an experienced Modeler to lead our team in setting modeling standards and ensuring the quality and accuracy of models.

This role will involve coordinating with clients, participating in continuous improvement activities, and executing plans to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet quality standards
  • Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled and up-to-date
  • Execute the Sprint plan, creating and communicating a plan of approach to PMs
  • Manage client coordination tasks, including proactive and effective communication with clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
