About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality HR practices that support our business teams in reshaping the E-commerce landscape. This includes performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the business unit to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement HR practices that drive success.
  2. Coach and mentor business leaders to build a strong community that enhances business development.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to provide HR guidance on staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  4. Be the ambassador for ByteDance's organizational culture and implement activities to drive employee engagement.
  5. Manage HR operations activities as needed.
  6. Address employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on management strategies.
  7. Assist with recruitment efforts to ensure continued growth and success.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  2. Strong written and oral English skills.
  3. Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially in employee relations and performance management.
  4. Extensive knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
  5. Highly organized and self-sufficient.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. A BA/BS degree is preferred.
  2. 3-6 years of HR experience at Internet giants or MNC with at least one HR domain experience.
  3. Attention to detail and results-driven.
  4. Resilient and adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong cross-cultural competency.
  6. High maturity level and trustworthy in handling confidential data.
