Accounting Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our accounting and financial operations across a growing portfolio of multifamily real estate assets.

This role is designed for an individual who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with property management software, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and categorizing transactions across multiple entities, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing account reconciliations. They will also manage bank activity, process payments and disbursements, and reconcile corporate credit card activity.

In addition to these tasks, the Accounting Support Professional will assist with entity-level financial statement preparation and monthly close procedures, respond to internal and external inquiries, and complete special projects as assigned by the Senior Manager or Controller.
