Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Project Management Office (PMO) Support.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in project management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new project resources efficiently.
- Maintain Statements of Work (SoW) for project resources, ensuring timely access and preventing unauthorized deactivation.
- Manage the deployment plan, ensuring projects stay within established timelines.
- Track project budgets, maintaining financials within allocated limits.
- Update and manage project resource man-days for accurate monthly revenue recognition.
- Analyze system issues, project revenue, and profit dilution to identify root causes.
- Process billing statements and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure logistics are in place for consultants' onsite client deployments.
- Resolve system issues and defects to ensure production go-live.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams on accounts receivable and budget forecasts.
- Address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly.
- Track and follow up on action items for individual projects.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
