Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Meticulously document all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Provide clear actionable feedback to improve processes and prevent future complaints.
  • Leverage the knowledge base and suggest new automations to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a similar customer support role.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of issues.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk and modern telephony systems.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the US e-commerce market.
  • Outstanding command of the English language, both written and spoken.
