Customer Relationship Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns, and fostering strong communication with internal teams.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • Communication**: Foster strong communication with internal teams, including sales, operations, and service departments.
  • Customer Feedback**: Obtain feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Problem-Solving**: Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience**: Minimum 2 years of call center or related experience.
  • Skills**: Proficiency in CRM systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
