A strategic thinker and analytical expert is sought to join our team in a key role. The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on people-related metrics, including headcount, turnover, diversity, employee engagement, and other key indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data sources and reporting methodologies.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive people data through rigorous quality control processes.
  • Regularly audit HR data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to process documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support standardization.
  • Utilize self-service platforms and troubleshoot basic reporting issues, escalating complex issues to senior analysts.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required; preferably 3-4 years' experience in HR reporting or people analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience in delivering people and HR reports.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
