BPO Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled BPO Operations Manager to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage overall operations and ensure effective and successful management of productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
- Enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles in areas of information flow and management, business processes, and management reporting.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Interviewing, selection, and hiring of new employees.
- Training and development of existing employees.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work to subordinates.
- Authoring and discussing performance appraisals with employees.
- Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans.
- Driving employee motivation and rewards.
- Communicating job expectations and contributing to strategic plans and reviews.
- 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of behavioral health, medical bill coding, case management practice, URAC standards, utilization review, pharmaceuticals to treat pain, pain management process, drug rehabilitation, state workers' compensation guidelines, periods of disability, and treatment needed is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Leadership/management/motivational skills as well as analytic and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
