Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.


Responsibilities:
  • Policy Review: You will be responsible for reviewing policy documentation, including declaration pages and finance agreements, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • General Ledger Management: You will create general ledger invoice transactions and process invoices daily, which may include billing corrections to the ledger system.
  • Invoice Processing: You will email invoices on a daily basis to clients, ensuring timely payment and minimizing any potential issues.

Requirements:
  • A college degree is preferred; however, anyone with or without experience in accounting is welcome to apply.
  • Accounting Knowledge: A basic understanding of accounting principles is required, although previous experience as a Bookkeeper is preferred.
