Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for managing the company's end-to-end procurement process, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, with experience in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract award and post-award activities.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, with specialization in vendor management.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership or management role with at least 4 direct reports.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts.
