This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that meets our business objectives. Our ideal candidate will have a university degree, minimum of 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably from an FMCG, multinational company or shared service center, and experience in volume recruitment, high caliber selection, sourcing and talent pool building, KPI-driven recruiting, and interviewing techniques.

Above average communication skills in English and a Level 3 in Mandarin are required, as well as good awareness of DE&I policies and practices.
