Financial Specialist

Job Profile:
An accountant is responsible for analyzing data through various reports and data-gathering methods to develop accounting procedures.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who will make the team excel by ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. They will also have analytical skills with particular attention to detail and aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation.
Key responsibilities include providing management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts, preparing consolidated internal and external financial statements, maintaining and balancing an automated consolidation system, and developing spreadsheet reports.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to prepare general ledger entries, develop and implement accounting procedures, and protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar position
- Experience in the real estate management sector required; multifamily preferred
