Remote Customer Service Specialist

As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers via email in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently.
- Enter and process orders accurately into the system
- Maintain records and update customer details as needed
- Work efficiently with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for order management
- Previous customer service experience (email-based preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv is required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
