The Role

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will oversee complex data tasks, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to process enhancements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute intricate data manipulation tasks, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide expert support to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
