Content Data Specialist

  • Oversee and manage the organization's data assets to provide business users with high-quality data that is easily accessible.
  • Maintain content for entities such as Attorney and Law Firm, Judge and Judicial Branch, Geography, Expert Witness and Corporate Affiliations.
  • Ensure accurate new and existing entity data through troubleshooting company problems, responding to customer feedback, and performing telephonic research.
  • Create new, modify existing, and merge/de-duplicate records and perform additional data entry tasks.
  • Run special projects as needed in support of electronic and print product customers or vendor activity.
  • Evaluate legacy technologies and systems (e.g. Company Indexing, SuperTool, NES).
  • Review data quality by responding to quality assurance reports and providing support for resolution processes.
  • Resolve data inconsistencies, proofread, and correct products for editorial style, grammar, and content.
  • Conduct research on public relations and corporate contacts to gather relevant data not available through other methods.
