To oversee the upkeep of our technology infrastructure, we're seeking a meticulous and resourceful IT administrator. You will be tasked with upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a cloud system administrator with knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructure, monitoring and maintaining networks and servers, creating and automating alerting and monitoring system logs, building tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery, and troubleshooting Support Escalation requests.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
  • Professional certification in Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This position requires an individual who is well-versed in best practices in IT administration and system security, with exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

As a highly skilled professional in this field, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring IT department employees, providing IT support, keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration, and designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
