Job Overview

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by ensuring the successful execution of the product development lifecycle.

This individual will be part of a collaborative team and will play a key role in prioritizing user stories, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills at both strategic and operational levels.

They must also be proficient in copywriting, clear articulation of products/campaigns to internal stakeholders and customers, and experience in account and product management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing input to senior leaders on strategy, business direction, and overall performance for emerging industries.
  • Managing various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.
  • Acting as an alternate for other team members when required, ensuring smooth workflow in the use case process.
  • Championing the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials.
  • Supporting emerging industries' partner acquisition and retention by addressing product inquiries and enhancing the end-to-end partner customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help customer-facing units understand new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and offline payment initiatives.

Minimum requirements include:

  • A strong background in product or marketing management.
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
