UX Design Position Overview

This is a high-level UX design role where you will be working on shaping the future of digital products. Your primary goal will be to create user-centered experiences that are both intuitive and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting User Experience: Translate business objectives into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI assets that meet growth goals.
  • Design Thinking: Apply principles of design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility, and functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital experiences.
  • Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Design Execution: Work closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs guiding implementation through launch.
  • Automation: Integrate design practices with AI tools to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional UX/UI design experience of 3-5 years in an agency or product environment; industry experience in digital agencies or SMB-focused solutions preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Proficiency in Figma, strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing creativity with functionality; able to thrive in an environment expecting a steady flow of diverse client projects.
