Product Innovation Manager

As a Product Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supplement products by focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insights: Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to drive meaningful changes.
  • Product Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
