We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee backend troubleshooting across Seller Central. As an experienced Amazon Case Manager, you will own case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, and FBA issues.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring swift reinstatement of listings, minimizing downtime, and maintaining organized case history. You will collaborate with operations and marketing teams to guarantee compliance with Amazon's requirements.

  • Manage case submissions in Amazon Seller Central, resolving complex backend issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations, including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues, preferably in the supplement or wellness category.
  • Demonstrated success in resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
