Job Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives.

This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Additionally, the candidate will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues—escalate when necessary
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders
  • Manage all documentation and share it appropriately
  • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and post-project reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in marketing projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • PMP or similar certification is desirable
