Accounts Receivable and Collection Specialist

This role involves managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable and track payment records.
  • We handle incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.
  • We contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  • We prepare and issue invoices, credit memos and account statements.
  • We generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  • We assist in improving collection processes and implementing effective techniques.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections is required.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is a must.
