Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize inventory and service management to enhance operational efficiency and directly contribute to the success of our branch.
  • Lead growth strategies, implement cost reduction initiatives, and oversee all aspects of parts and service management.
  • Maintain accurate inventories and ensure seamless performance in service operations.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role with proven ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to actively engage with customers to assess service quality and needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
