  • Manage and update dynamic calendars showing food truck and food trailer locations and schedules to keep customers informed of mobile service availability
  • Process daily operational reports from staff and convert them into actionable business communications, such as transforming inventory shortage reports into supplier orders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics to support business operations and expansion activities
  • Handle data entry tasks that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and business partners through email correspondence

The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media across multiple platforms, a solid administrative background, excellent written communication skills, and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
