Telecommunications Project Coordinator

A telecommunications project coordinator is responsible for managing new orders for business customers across a range of services. This involves taking ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
This role operates 100% remotely with no travel to customer locations required. The goal is to provide high-quality delivery of services while meeting customer requirements and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the delivery life cycle, ensuring timely updates and progress.
- Manage dependencies and priorities effectively for efficient project execution.
- Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN implementation, VoIP porting, and internet circuit ordering with various carriers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record in service delivery and/or project management.
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN implementation, and internet circuit ordering with carriers.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
