Job Title: Homecare Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage caregiver schedules, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This role serves as a vital link between clients, caregivers, and our organization, maintaining strong communication and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
Main Responsibilities:- Scheduling (70%): Assign caregivers based on client needs, skills, and availability, planning for staffing gaps. Adjust schedules for emergencies, last-minute absences, and urgent client needs. Communicate schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
- Bookkeeping (30%): Maintain accurate financial records, auditing and reconciling reports. Manage accounts payable, verify caregiver timesheets, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in homecare or healthcare, preferably with scheduling and client relations.
- Experience using scheduling software and ability to manage multiple clients and schedules.
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
