**Job Title:** Fleet Risk and Data Analyst

About the Role

This role involves performing comprehensive risk and data analysis to support informed decision-making related to vehicle fleets and associated costs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on new vehicle models to create accurate maintenance and tyre budgets.
  • Update lookup tables for Rego, CTP, Stamp Duty, dealer discounts, and other relevant data to ensure optimal fleet management.
  • Analyze budgeted versus actual costs, projected excess kilometres, and sales strategies to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present maintenance and tyre budgets for contract modifications to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate lease and rego quotes, handle pricing variation requests, and manage PPSR processes to maintain accurate vehicle data and active fleet counts.
  • Identify opportunities for sale and leaseback, and support RFQs and tenders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc tasks and projects to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
