Responsibilities
  • Configure software to meet company needs, customizing settings according to business processes and goals.
  • Analyze opportunities for automation, implementing workflows and managing campaigns including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences.
  • Create lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels, set up lead follow-up pipelines, configure lead scoring and segmentation, and implement nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Customize the CRM to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance, creating and managing pipelines, deals, and contact records.
  • Develop marketing campaigns using this software, setting up and tracking email, SMS, and social media campaigns, analyzing performance and providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Configure communication channels (email, SMS, chat), set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
  • Generate custom reports and dashboards, monitoring key metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in using this software for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, detail-oriented, and highly organized with multiple client accounts simultaneously.
