Marketing Manager Role\

This is a highly specialized role that requires an expert in B2B marketing to oversee and manage all aspects of the marketing function.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that consistently generate qualified leads and amplify the client's brand.\
  • Copywriting and Creative Content: Write compelling copy for email templates, nurture sequences, video sales letters, landing pages, ad campaigns, and other marketing materials.\
  • HubsSpot Operations: Set up and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurture and reporting.\
  • Monthly Reporting: Submit a comprehensive marketing performance report with insights and recommendations.\
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on consulting, HR tech, or professional services.\
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, storytelling ability, and expertise in HubSpot setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.\
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.\
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to test messaging and refine based on performance.\
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).\
