Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title
">- Primary Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of product features from multiple perspectives: business, user, and technical.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation steps.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and specifications for comprehensive feature testing.
- Manage testers to execute necessary tests.
- Be the point person for assigned product features.
- Account for and review product feature quality.
- Prepare documentation and conduct demos.
- Collaborate with teams including support, sales, marketing, and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in any field with a willingness to pursue an IT career.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Autonomy and ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines.
- Organizational skills.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities.
