About the Team

Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality training content that meets the evolving needs of our customers. We're looking for a skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our ranks and support us in our mission.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with our Instructional Design and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and meet customer deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end content bundles and create engaging learning experiences for our customers.
  • Conduct calls with clients to discuss their training needs and walk them through our platform.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to receive live briefs from clients and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Use our authoring tool to create training courses and micro-lessons for our customers.
  • Review materials and documents to structure and produce courses, as well as sourcing other relevant information and assets.
