The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Content Development
Design, develop, and implement engaging training materials (e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning).
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) to create effective learning solutions.
Develop multimedia content, including videos, presentations, simulations, and interactive modules.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR Development, or related field.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training.
