We are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager who can lead our sourcing team in identifying and executing cost optimization projects/opportunities to meet the Cost Savings targets. As a key member of our procurement team, you will drive Total Cost of Ownership and Cost Optimization delivery of procurement to the organization.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with industrial direction, facilities for the efficiency program for the bulk purchase, working with the project team (engineering services) for the budgetary proposal for cost reduction, controlling spend, and building a culture of long-term savings.

You will also ensure full compliance to contract management policies set out, contract owner for respective spend, and work with legal department and relevant stakeholders to write and validate contracts written. Additionally, you will ensure that risk management is in place for contracts and agreements.
