Job Title: Structural Design Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience with a strong focus on bridge design and development.

  • Develop structural concepts and preliminary designs for bridges, ensuring aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align designs with technical and site-specific requirements.
  • Produce detailed documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  • Provide design insights and solutions for a variety of bridge types, including cable-stayed, suspension, arches, trusses, and curved bridges.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design, with a primary focus on complex/unique bridge designs.
  • Proven track record of working on cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridge projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and finite element analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of design development processes and technical detailing for bridges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, and external partners.
  • A portfolio showcasing conceptual and design development work on bridge projects is required.
