Software Team Lead Job Description

This is a highly technical leadership role responsible for mentoring and training others, as well as guiding design and architecture decisions.

You will build amazing things using MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, and/or PHP/MySQL.

  • Coding (writing, reviewing, deploying, testing)
  • Mentoring and training others
  • Guiding design and architecture decisions

The ideal candidate should have experience with direct management of employees, leading teams, and projects from inception to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a strong analytical & problem-solving skills, effective collaboration & communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • 5-10 years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end)
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
