Site Reliability Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our distributed teams in developing and maintaining high-quality software systems.

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies. As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to design, implement, and deploy new features and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, operations, and team leadership. You will be expected to drive process improvements, mentor engineers, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

In this role, you will also be responsible for representing the team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. You will need to communicate technical information effectively and provide clear guidance on project timelines and deliverables.

About the Role
  • Lead Distributed Teams: Manage and mentor a team of engineers to develop and maintain high-quality software systems.
  • Ensure Reliability and Performance: Design, implement, and deploy new features and services to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems.
  • Communicate Effectively: Represent the team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, communicating technical information effectively and providing clear guidance on project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Software Engineering Background: Strong experience in software engineering, including designing, implementing, and deploying software systems.
  • Operations Experience: Experience in operations, including managing and maintaining complex software systems.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring engineers.
