We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for healthcare recruitment to make a real difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals into various roles within the US healthcare industry. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch candidates who meet their specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen potential candidates to ensure they meet our high standards and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and ongoing business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including ATS systems, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
