**Job Title:** Systems Architect

The Systems Architect is a critical role that involves designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and services. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet ambitious service level agreements (SLAs).

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using DevSecOps tools and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
  • Implement established automation processes for updates and deployments.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to drive production improvements.
  • Provide guidance on ensuring end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services.
  • Design and implement automation to eliminate waste and manual/repetitive tasks.
  • Support Kubernetes cloud clusters in Azure and AWS.
  • Manage infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

**Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (Azure and AWS) and containerization (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools, pipeline automation, and infrastructure-as-code scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
