Job Summary

As a supervisor in business intelligence and automation, you will lead the daily operations of the team supporting automation development. You will assist the operations manager in meeting and improving team service level, productivity, and efficiency by influencing, motivating, and guiding direct reports to their optimum performance.

You will play a key role in helping transform the organization by adopting a comprehensive approach to intelligent automation. Your responsibilities will include leading the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes, guiding the team in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes, and ensuring the service level agreements are on target.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires at least 6 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar field, and will be proficient in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools.
